Jack + Rebekah’s Wedding in Pittsburg, PA

Rebekah and I connected via Instagram in the fall of 2020 after I photographed the wedding of one of her old church youth group members. Sometimes the internet is pretty weird, and sometimes it’s pretty wonderful. Im so thankful we did connect, because we had the most fun together. I immediately felt comfortable with her family and friends the morning of the wedding. She has a big, warm, welcoming family, and they reminded me so much of my own big family.
Their ceremony was held in the bride’s childhood church, and the reception took place at the Southpoint Golf Club. The decor was elegant and clean, and they had a proper Pittsburg cookie bar with a gazillion types of cookies. We got to sneak out with a golf cart during dinner for some sunset photos on the golf course and the light was perfectly hazy and warm. I also feel the need to mention that they had some of the best dancing that I have ever witnessed at a wedding!
